Location: Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead
Pay: £14 - £14.30 per hour (depending on experience)

Starfyn Recruitment are looking for dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team, supporting adults in their own homes across Slough, Windsor, and Maidenhead.
You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by delivering person-centred care and support within the community.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Supporting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompts.
• Encouraging independence and supporting daily living activities.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
• Reporting any changes in needs or well being to supervisors promptly.
• Ensuring care is provided with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar (domiciliary care preferred).
• A caring and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable and flexible — able to travel between service users’ homes.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
• A current DBS or willingness to apply for one.
