As a Early Years Practitioner, you’ll support the daily care and learning needs of children aged 9 months–3 years. Working as part of our welcoming team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You’ll bring a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent), along with previous hands-on experience supporting children in a caring environment.

Purpose and Responsibilities of the role
To provide the highest level of care and learning opportunities for children in your care;
· Support and extend the individual needs and interests of the children in your care.
· Ensure the well-being, health and safety of the children in your care.
· Follow the EYFS Framework and develop engaging learning opportunities.
· Promote and meet all the physical, emotional, social and developmental needs of the children in your care.
· Ensure company policy and practices are carried out at all times.
Key skills / requirements
· Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
. Sound knowledge of the EYFS.
· Caring, self-motivated and reliable.
· Great at communicating and building relationships with children and their families.
· Love of the outdoors.
