James Biss

James begun working with Special Needs Schools, College and Provisions in 2014, he has managed Education Recruitment teams for large agencies in London and Southwest England. Ever since he started, James has believed in creating lasting relationships, many of the schools he first worked with in 2014 are still working with him now! His favourite hobbies are going for long dog walks and reading crime novels. He also loves to travel, and his favourite destination was the Seychelles – where he got engaged.

Vicky has experience working in Education recruitment and is also a qualified Primary Teacher. She has experience teaching in both Mainstream and Special Needs Schools. Vicky combines her knowledge from Recruitment, with her teaching experience to ensure she finds suitable candidates and supports them with their new roles. She has recently completed an MA, and enjoys spending time exploring outdoors with her children.

Jacob has worked within the recruitment sector since June 22. He is passionate about sourcing excellent candidates and nurturing roles within schools that we support. In his spare time Jacob enjoys listening to music, writing, and spending time with his little brother. He also enjoys collecting vinyl records. When Jacob was in secondary school, he was part of a team that built and raced an electric car around Top Gears racetrack.

Beth has a wealth of experience within Compliance and as a Teaching Assistant. She understands the importance of attention to detail for candidate clearance, pairing suitable candidates to specific roles, and is also our Safeguarding Lead. Her favourite hobbies include weight training, and spending time with her Husakdor, and two kittens.
Lucy Hamilton

Lucy has first-hand experience working as a Special Needs TA. Having completed this role for 5 years she is well equipped to support the needs of students within schools that we are partnered with. She also has a background in sales and is keen to utilise both skillsets within Education Recruitment. Lucy enjoys walking her dog Mars and getting creative in her art studio painting. An interesting fact about Lucy is that she is currently writing a pilot for a sitcom – watch this space!

She also loves travelling and her favourite destination to date is South Africa, where she went on a safari. She is a non-identical twin, and if money was no object she would adopt every guinea pig she could find!

Sam has worked within Recruitment for 4 years and as a Sports Coach for 2 years. Sam uses skills he has learnt from both sectors to place candidates in local SEN schools. He enjoys watching various sports and is an avid Brentford Football Fan. Sam used to play for Brentford FC before suffering an injury. He would love to visit the Maldives one day!

Her favourite country is Malta – she has been 6 times! An interesting fact about Maria is that she used to do athletics at club level, both the 100m sprint and discus.
